In much of the prosthetics industry, practitioners sit down with patients and present them with a plan. At Limb Lab in Rochester, practitioners take a more free-form approach.

“We sit down with a blank sheet of paper and we say, ‘This is our plan,’ which is absolutely nothing,” said CEO Marty Frana, adding that Limb Lab fills the paper only after speaking with the patient about the most important things they want to have in their new prosthesis or orthotics.”
