Prosthetic Orthotic Resident

Johanna Linnea is a COA-certified Prosthetic & Orthotic Resident at Limb Lab in Minneapolis, with an interest in pediatric prosthetics and orthotics and sport and activity-specific prosthetics. She works with people of all ages, including upper and lower limb amputations, those experiencing diabetic-related complications and musculoskeletal weaknesses and deformities, and patients in post-surgical recovery. 

Johanna earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and a Master of Science in Orthotics and Prosthetics. She has experience working with orthopedic surgeons to develop prosthetic and orthotic treatment plans. She has also volunteered at adaptive rock-climbing events, shaping her approach to prosthetic solutions for climbing, trail running, and other outdoor pursuits. 

Originally from Malmö, Sweden, Johanna enjoys rock climbing, backpacking, and spending time with her son, Bjorn.
