At Limb Lab, we empower clinicians to make optimal care-decisions and provide genuine hospitality in well-designed spaces.
We foster meaningful career growth across clinical, technical, and administrative roles. Clinicians advance through structured mentorship and increasing autonomy, shaping care delivery and stepping into leadership. Experienced clinicians will find a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where expertise is valued and impact is visible.
Technicians build skills through hands-on fabrication and advanced techniques. We invest in those who share our commitment to craftsmanship, even early in their careers. Our administrative team supports patients and operations, growing through cross-training and expanded responsibility.
At Limb Lab, growth is intentional: creating space for talented people at every stage to strengthen their skills and contribute to work that truly matters.
Limb Lab is growing, with locations across the Midwest and Southwest, all dedicated to delivering creative, compassionate prosthetic and orthotic care. We’re always looking for people who want to make a real impact in the lives of others. If you’re passionate, innovative, and driven by purpose, we’d love to hear from you.
At Limb Lab, we combine artistry and innovation to create personalized prosthetic and orthotic solutions to meet the unique needs of each person we serve. Our team is collaborative, supportive, and purpose‑driven, and we seek teammates who share our passion for artistry, hard work, and helping people achieve what they want to do.
Limb Lab’s Residency Program offers a supportive, hands‑on environment where residents can grow quickly and confidently. With options for an 18‑month combined O&P track or a 12‑month single‑discipline track, residents gain broad experience suited to a long-term career.
Residents learn directly from skilled mentors while assisting with patient evaluation, documentation, coding, fabrication, and every aspect of care delivery. It’s the perfect place to build skills, gain experience, and make a meaningful impact.
We’re intentional about who we bring onto our team and are always interested in people who care deeply about outcomes. If you don’t see a current opening that fits, introduce yourself and tell us about your commitment to raising the standard of care
